We opened our showroom in 2013 with a simple goal: to offer high-quality cabinetry for nearly any budget. What began as a cabinetry-focused showroom has grown into a full-service design and construction company, formerly known as Frank’s Contracting.
Today, Sleepy Hollow Kitchens and Baths is a one-stop destination for home renovation, offering cabinetry, countertops, tile, backsplash, and hardware, along with complete remodeling services. Our work includes kitchen and bath renovations, additions, interior remodeling, custom carpentry, and exterior upgrades such as windows, doors, roofing, and siding.
Proudly serving Westchester County, including Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, Irvington, and Elmsford, we guide our clients through every step of the design-build process. With our showroom experience and CAD 3D modeling, you can visualize your space before construction begins—bringing clarity and confidence to every decision.

Owner Frank Cerqueira
Frank Cerqueira brings more than 40 years of experience in the construction and home improvement industry. As the former owner and operator of Frank’s Contracting, he offers deep expertise and a hands-on approach to every project. Frank invites clients to visit the kitchen and bath showroom to discuss their renovation goals, guiding them from concept through completion. Known for his energetic and approachable style, he communicates seamlessly with clients, team members, subcontractors, and consultants to keep projects on time and on budget—delivering beautifully finished kitchens, bathrooms, and home renovations.
CAD Designer Jason Braun
Jason Braun brings more than 25 years of experience in property management to his role as a CAD designer. He oversees construction planning and material sourcing for kitchen, bath, and full-scale home renovation projects, ensuring each design is both functional and efficiently executed.
Interior Designer Haydee McCarthy
With over 20 years of interior design experience, Haydee McCarthy plays a key role in shaping Sleepy Hollow projects. A local resident, she blends refined, sophisticated style with a deep appreciation for the area’s historic architecture, while thoughtfully incorporating modern design elements.
Our Process
Our process includes an in-person, on-site consultation, then, depending on complexity and scope of work – a pre-construction design (which may require architectural plans or CAD), the presentation of estimate and timeline, agreement on final materials and finishes selected, and the construction work from the first 2x4 to finishing touches.
